Our Genesis
Royal Ascot Partners is a unique private equity group launched in 2008 to facilitate direct private equity investments in lower-middle market companies, exclusively in partnership with HNW Families
Our Mission
To provide superior, lower cost, transparent full-cycle direct investment support to HNW Families who desire more direct control in a disciplined process to grow their wealth through building, operating and selling assets in the framework of a diversified portfolio of private operating companies.
Collaboration is our cornerstone. We work closely with Families and management teams to define success and create a sustainable road map for growth. Growth and value creation are not always predictable or linear, so we review and refine strategies and tactics as necessary. With the strategic road map as the backdrop, we help build teams, advise on resource allocation, and pursue bolt on opportunities.
Our Motivation
What we have built marries the lower-middle market with both Wall Street and Main Street. We lean on our experience in high tech start-ups, Wall Street banking, turn-arounds, non-profit, Family office, real estate development, and private equity to be collaborative, selfless problem-solvers who care about legacy.
We are a team of highly-experienced men and women from diverse walks of life who have excelled in vastly-diverse disciplines. We have depth of experiences in a wide variety of disciplines ranging from entrepreneurship, capital markets, engineering, data analytics and executive leadership to academia. We are well-traveled; highly-adaptive, team-oriented, highly competitive, and can shift.
Ultimately we share a common vision and value system, believe in equality and fairness, and check our egos at the door. We share DNA with entrepreneurs, sit shoulder-to-shoulder with each other and our stakeholders, and can execute at the speed of light.
